Extremely eHealthy
I have this idea after talking to my gf(who is preggo) we were trying to get idea on what to cook since we barely have any time but also something that tastes good! So wanted to know people wanted to post recipes that quick easy and would be healthy for new mom/preggo as well as already parents to be!

I'll start

************************************
fried tofu
***********************************
1 bar of semi firm tofu
max 2 tbsp of oil (i use spam (spray oil?)

~fry tofu until golden on outside and serve with any type of sauce (for dip)

i like hot sauce but I mix it with ketchup to give it a seet/hot taste, it also taste good with plum sauce, banana sauce (hot sauce that is sweet made with banana peppers)

************************************
chicken-pineapple stirfry
************************************
~1 can of sweetened pineapple tidbits ( you need the juice)
~2-3 cloves of garlic clove of garlic
~1/2 cup of soy sauce
~1 small bg of snow peas
~1-2 grated carrots
~1lb of chicken breast
~1 green bell pepper
~optional cauliflower/brocoli/sesame seeds
~1-2 tbsp corn starch

in a wok/frying pan heat on medium-high
cook chicken first and then add veggies

drain juice from pineapples in a cup, add soy sauce as well garlic(minced)
now add pineapple pieces to stirfry along with sauce

add abit of starch until sauce thickens, wait 5 mins take off of stove and serve
