This may be a stupid question but since day light savings falls back one hour, do I start taking the pill the hour before I used to? Or can I keep it the same with an hour not making much of a difference. Any help is appreciated!

And hour difference doesn't really matter. The effect isn't felt... So no need to worry :d and it wasn't a stupid question to me... You were concerned and you asked Embarassed

you can ask your physicains if it really concerns you.. But if you still have the paper work that you get when you first got on your bc you should read up on it... It usually is stated on there
