I've noticed that due to the increased amount of greens you're eating on diets like mine, your teeth can get stained pretty quickly. Try this: 1. Dr. Sheffield's tooth white. This paste will, over about two weeks maximum depending on how severe the staining is, get your teeth looking natural again without harsh chemicals found in most whitening products.
