I have been doing searches on the net and getting mixed reports. Basically, I want to know are fruits good for you are not, when you have high triglycerides? Is it confirmed one way or the other. What do various heart associations suggest? Is there anyone here with expertise in this area that can give advice please.

Thanks

Fresh fruit is wonderful for you. I use it often to replace sweet snacks. I have high triglycerides as well and my doctor thinks it's just fine.
