Q: Brown Stains On Baby Teeth

My 22-month old has large brown stains on his four front upper teeth, and it looks like some of the teeth have been eaten away. Plus he has cavities in some of his other teeth. The dentist said this is due to giving him the bottle at night. I am now giving him only water during the night and have started brushing his teeth 3-4 times a day.

Because my baby has to be sedated for the dental work, the earliest the dentist can schedule the work is next spring.

Is there anything that I can do in the meantime to remove the brown stains. Thanks for your help.
