Am I Having Panic Attacks Again Need Help Posted: 10-27-06 14:55pm
Hey guys its been a while since I posted
ive been feeling very well until saturday
night I was playing a gig and the good old
panic attack paid me a visit after a long
time of being gone.Ive had one on saturday
and sunday so yerstoday I started to take
my zolaft again until tursday iam gone go
to the doctor to have a talk again .I hate
it its good for a long time and all of the
sudden bamm its back out of nowhere,but
ive noticed sometin I think its my stomach
nerves and tension because when I eat
somethin 30 min after that I fell bloated
and then my heart beats 110-125 until I
burp out for 1 or 2 and I feel better .Has
anyone had this experiance I think its my
stomach causing me to have a panic attack
because we I have gas and iam bloated I
feel like I can breath and it feels like
there is a ball in the middle of my
stomach and it not letting oxygen go
through until in 1 hour or so it decides
to let go and I can breath and at the same
time I feel hungary need some feedback
please if anyone has had this experiance
