Hi,

does anyone here have any experience of the recovery time after a heart bypass operation?

My mom had hers 15 days ago. She went through a lot, where various machines were put on her (ventilator, heart machines and kidney mahine) now only has the ventilator on.

The morphine was stopped 6 days ago but she hasn't reagined conciousness and i'm beginning to really worry now, as I was told it would take 2-3 days before she opened her eyes.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could shre their experiences with me.
