Q: Pain In the Back

I have been suffering from constant pain in the left side of my back for the past two weeks. When I move laterally it worsens. I had a left sided nephratomy (kidney removed) ten years ago and so it has nothing to do with my kidney. I have also had a long term condition whereby I pass small stool each time I pass water. I have had blood tests for this condition which proved clear.

Could this be a liver or bowel condtion?
