Why do you think you are crazy? What kinds of things make you believe this? I don't believe you can be crazy though because you are aware that there is a problem and it is causing you distress.

We're All Crazy
It's a matter of perspective and how you are able to cope....I mean it's insane to think anyone is perfectly sane in this world but we all have things that help us get through the day. If you're feeling sad or alone and have been that way for a while the craziness you feel could be from the isolation taking it's toll on your mind and on your sense of self worth.

You have to really look at your life and ask yourself what is making you feel that way...Are you in a situation that you can't control...Bad relationship...No relationship...Many people suffer from identity crisis and don't really no who they are, what they enjoy and what to do with themselves to pass the time.

Only you can really figure that out or make an appointment with a counselor or doctor to figure out what you're feeling. Maybe it's a chemical imbalance. My mother was suicidal most of my life....A lot because of abuse at the hands of her father and mine....But also due to her inabilty to cope with life and the fact that the medication the doctors put her on was the wrong doseage. If you're being treated for depression it is important to check with your doctor regularly... She was on the wrong doseage for ten years and it slowly drove her insane.

The best thing you can do though is sit down and take a hard look at your life and figure out what's wrong and what's worth fighting for to get you to the place you want to be....Invision yourself as happy...And take the steps to get there.

Things Like That
Nothing is perfect...
Anyone else can be crazy for some time,,,,,
all you have to do is to reflect on mistake in life
and take it straight withh pride.....
Think yourself as the best
and you can overcome all trials...
You are who you are....
Dont get mad on yourself if you dont want the world get mad on you,

you just need rest...
