The symptoms that you’ve mentioned (abdominal pain, pressure, and diarrhea, clouded urine, extended periods of 11 days or more) are not typical for a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs usually manifest with frequent and painful urination. Pain in the lower abdomen and blood in the urine can be also present during a confirmed UTI.
Some of your symptoms (abdominal pain, pressure, and diarrhea) could be due to a gastrointestinal infection, for instance. You can consult your GP about these symptoms and request further diagnostics.
Prolonged periods (menorrhage) could be due to a disorder of the uterus (a myoma, for example). You can consult a gynecologist for more information and to request examinations for the diagnosis of this symptom.
