It takes on average a healthy couple upto 12 months to fall pregnant.

When ttc it is helpful to know when you ovulate.
Google "fertility friend" for advice on charting your cycles.
When you know when to expect ovulation aim to have sex every other day from 5 days before you ovulate until 2-3 days after.

Sperm take 24-48 hours to mature so sex every day can lead to your partner ejaculating immature sperm (that isn't to say that this can't get you pregnant because it potentially could) but when ttc we are aiming for the best of the best Wink

if after 12 months you have nothing then see your doctor to rule out any other causes of infertility.
