You may have hypoglycemia. Any other symptoms that you've noticed, physical or mental?

I don't think I have any other symptoms like fatigue or anything other than being an anxious person all the time. Im pretty physically active too.
And these palpitations are like a big thud in my chest and I get them like 5 times a day or more, just lately though.

I dont think it has to do with anything we eat. Well unless yuo drikn coffee lots of soda and sugar stuff yeah that might cuase me but a steak or a hamburger every ocuple of days is ok.

I get them all the time it drives me nuts I absolutly hate it. Im fearfull of getting them too wich probably makes me get them worse.

Yeah I know what you mean mitch7654, im waiting for it to happen and I think thats whats causing alot of them. I do usually drink a coffee a day but thats all. Although the last 3 days I have stoped drinking them and so far so good. I really think its mostly having anxiety all the time that causes these palpitations and I think just talking about them really helps too, so thanks you guys.

I had this same issue earlier this year. I had had the ekgs, a holter monitor (monitored heart 24 hours a day), etc. They found nothing. I personally think it can be related to anxiety. Now that I have been on prozac I haven't had any palpitations . Maybe it was a coincidence. But my doc also believe that it could have been related to my stress and anxiety but never confirmed it. Thank goodness I haven't experienced them anymore. They are very scare and mine like yours would happen several times a day no matter what I was doing, inactive or active. Are you suffering from anxiety, stress, or depression?

Actually, I was fine for a couple days. I had no palpitations, but all of a sudden they came back and its not just 3 a day its more like 10 a day. Alot of these come when I am sitting down on the couch watching t.V, because when im out running or after running, I don't get any? Im guessing im just so stressed, when really I have nothing to stress about. I hate anxiety.
