Stretch marks, that is!

I have a few little red marks either side of my belly button.. But they don't look like proper stretch marks (i have faded ones all over my thighs and a few on my tummy from when I did all my teenage growing) and i'm wondering.. Is that how stretch marks start off or do they suddenly appear overnight? I don't really remember what it was like when I got them before.. So now I don't know what to expect!

I'm really surprised my tummy isn't covered in them already, coz even though my bump is pretty small, my skin isn't very elastic, as all my old stretch marks prove. I'm not complaining about them either, it's all part of bringing a beautiful baba into the world =)

I'm sorry to say thats how mine started. Little red marks right at the bottom of my belly. I'm lucky cause I only have 1 at either side and its just above where my *ahem* 'hair' would be (i do brazilian lol)

theres no stopping them but you could try bio- oil to lessen the effect

Extremely eHealthy
Sometimes new stretch marks will start, they'll be little red ones. And sometimes i've even seen stretchmarks growing more where the old ones were. It's like the old ones stretched more.

All I can say is, use some cocoa butter!!

Man you guys are so lucky. I'm not even pregnant, but I get stretchmarks just by thinking about them, it's ridiculous. Even my doctor was like "who gets stretchmarks behind their elbows??"

i'm not obese, but i'm slightly overweight. I have gotten them everywhere but my stomach, so I guess i'm lucky...

I have bright shiny red new ones on my hips, inner thighs, back of one knee, inner armpit area, and some old faded ones on my butt and lower back, and backs of my elbows... Luckily some of the faded ones aren't too obvious, but the ones on my hips are horriblllllleeee.

I have a few on my hips from before I was pregnant when I was still growing taller. And i've had some on my inner thighs forever...But luckily all of my stretch marks are the same color as my skin. I havent got any on my belly yet *knock on wood!*. Hopefully I can make it thru 10-12 more wks without getting any.
