So Short of Breath At 27

I've recently found out i'm iron_deficient anaemic. My haemoglobin is 9.3 and my ferritin is low, <3!! My doctor wants me to have a pelvic scan to find a cause. My main problem is that i'm sooooo breathless. I feel as if i'm gasping for breath and need to sleep with the window open at night. Does anyone else suffer from this. It is so debilatating, I feel like a 99 year old. I look forward to being a fit, healthy mum again to my 3 young children!
