I think at least 5-6 inches... I find it is the girth that matters more, and also how you use it. I don't like very long guys, if its too long it is just painful and a waste of penis. Short and able to fit all the way inside, so there is something to grind on if needed, is much preferred.

Hey, another little one here - 4 inches erect and about 1.5 soft, age 25, so not getting any bigger! You do have to choose your positions carefully, and not get too carried away! Would be nice to be bigger, just have to deal with it i guess!
