I'm in need of advise and support. I
had/have endometriosis, and a had a
hysterotomy five yrs ago. I went to a gyn
doctor and discovered I have cysts on both
ovaries, and in severe chronic pain. I
don't know what to do. My doctor doesn't
want to remove my ovaries because i'm only
32yrs old, however i've had this chronic
problem for over 10 yrs. Is there any one
on-line that will give me any good advise
or directions for me. Help!!!!!
Tired of being in pain! Mrs. C

How much caffeine do you drink? I have
been in chronic pelvic pain myself for
about two years, and I found that altering
a few things in my diet has helped a lot!
I quit drinking caffeine, which was
difficult! I had to sort of wean myself
off of it. I also quit eating chocolate,
wheat (as much as I could anyway), and
avacados. The change in how I felt was
dramatic. I used to be in constant pain,
but now I only hurt a lot if I do too much
in one day or if I eat something I
shouldn't. It still gets bad, especially
in the middle of my cycle and right before
I start my period, but I feel much better
than I did before. I couldn't think or
concentrate or do anything but feel the
pain, so I really feel for you.
