Q: Switching From Depo to Micronor

I'm about to make the decision between switching from depo (which i've been on for 3 months) back to micronor, or sticking with the depo for another shot.

1. Does anyone know the proceedure for switching from depo to micronor (progestrogen only daily pill)? Should we use protection? For how long?

2. I had some bad emotional symptoms with depo; really bad mood swings, depression, anxiety, etc. I also lost 15 lbs., but mostly because I was so nervous about gaining weight on depo that it caused my usual anorexic behavior to resurface. Do any of you find that your emotional issues smoothed out with the second shot?

Thanks~
