Q: Best Vitamins For Treating Acne?!?

Hey guys, i'm real sorry if this topic/question has already been posted... But can someone help me and give me information for any good vitamins/supplements for treating and/or preventing acne?

I've heard about vitamin a being good and even zing gluconate. Any suggestions?

Any type of info would be awesome. Please help!!!

Hi there

yes diet is very important to ensure your skin is good -- of course genetics play a role too, but you can make it better!


The main things you should do are:

eat plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables and fruit -- these should be raw (as in raw salad and raw fruit)
lots of wholegrains (bread and cereals that havent been processed)
lean meats
lots of exercise
and there are plenty of good creams you can use -- find ones that are more natural

i wouldnt recommending any of my friends taking the medication they normally prescribe (except as a last resort)... Try it the natural way first, if you can and you may be pleasantly surprised.
