I have oozing from my belly button with a foul odor

According to the symptoms you report (oozing and foul odor from the navel) you are probably experiencing an inflammation of the belly button (omphalitis). Inflammation can be caused by infection. You can visit your primary health provider for an examination. A local antiseptic and an antibiotic balsam will be probably be recommended for treatment.
