Did nay of u girls exercise atall while pregnant

im not sure whether to I started to go swimming quite often now

but is it healthy to exercise during pregnancy and if it is how much

Ive heard you shouldnt start exercising a lot more than you did before you were pregnant I think a swim would be good though.

Yeah before pregnant instead of a lift I would walk most places and not catch a bus either if it wernt that far away but I cant anymore I havent got that much energy anymore so I catch a bus and get off a stop before and walk

at moment my eating isn't too healthy

I've heard swimming is great while pregnant. As long as you keep it simple of course. Walking is also great for you....And i've read that walking will help your labor go by quicker/easier.
