I AM AN EMPLOYEE IN A CEMENT PLANT, MY JOB IS TO VALIDATE SALES ORDER WITH THE HELP OF A COMPUTER SO I SAT ALL DAY IN FRON OF A COMPUTER. GOING BACK HOME I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF MY 1 AND 1/2 YRS OLD BABY. SO I REALLY AM SUFFERING A BACK PAIN. WHAT COULD BE YOUR BEST SUGGESTION TO RELIEVE THE PAIN.

You'll first need an X-ray image of the vertebral column to exclude spondylosis, or spinal osteoarthritis that is a degenerative condition and may impact the cervical, thoracic, and/or lumbar regions of the spine. For this, you can appeal to your primary health provider (GP). You might also request a painkiller for temporary relief of the condition (ketoprofen, ibuprofen, aspirin, diclofenak…) until a correct diagnosis is established. For long term pain relief, you might consider strengthening muscles along the spine or even the front side of the body. A physical therapist, certified personal trainer, or a certified Pilates or yoga instructor can help you design an individual workout catered to your personal needs.
