My partner is in his early twenties and has for a few years been experiencing groin discomfort on and off. He experiences a pinching sensation in his left testicle which can last from 30 seconds to a minute. Sometimes the pain will go and come within a matter of a few minutes, and then not bother him for month....Is this testicle tension? Can there be any other explanantion? We have seen a doctor regarding this but he said its normal....Any suggestions?
