It looks like an insect bite and it is hard around the bump and it had a tiny scab or something in the middle and then I removed the tiny scab thing and I then squeezed the real hard parts around the bump and alot of goo came out. It hurts whenever I touch the hard parts or whenever I try to squeeze it out . It's in my inner thigh and it's like one inch away from my vagina what could this be? I got this over night please help
