Here are two great meal options. You may want to try these at first (not the second one if you're just starting out with severe symptoms), they're quite good!

1. Get some stop light peppers (you can find them chopped, mixed and frozen), boil for a few seconds, put in a frying pan with some organic, unsalted, cultured butter with some mushrooms, fry for a bit and eat! Sinful!

2. Add some organic butter to your meals if you can tolerate it. Preferably organic, cultured and unsalted. I put this all over my veggies now and then. Feels like i'm eating bad again it's so good!
