Q: What's Wrong With Me?

I am a younger female, the past few months my stool has had black/brown specks in it and occasionally whitish mucous-like short threads in it. I feel nauseated a lot, and especially after I eat i'll have severe stomach discomfort. I'm tired a lot. I may go days without going to the bathroom, and when I do it is usually abnormal. I notice these specks on the toilet paper mostly. Sometimes there are yellow looking specks too. I don't mean to gross anyone out, I just simply want to know if anyone knows what this might be?

I originally thought it was worms from my cats, but I think i've ruled that out.

Could be pus and mucous. I would try to see a doctor and have a colonscopy.
