Acne Accutane And the Rest. Some Help Please?

Hello there my name is tom age 21.
I took roaccutane for 4 months and it worked fairly well for me ! The only side effects I had were dry lips and eyes and the occasional back pain ! After I had finished the medication my skin was good enough to stop taking the drug ! My skin remained fairly clear up until just recently (about eight months later). It has started to become oily again and my acne is coming back I have been getting pains in my knee and I still suffer from slightly dry lips and eyes. I do not wish to go back on roaccutane as the more I read the more I regret ever having taken it in the first place.
What I have started trying is 'vilantae' I have been on this for about a month but im not sure its making any difference!
My self confidence is almost gone again and im feeling depressed
and reclusive.
Does any one have any experience with vilantae or anything that actually works as I seem to be swimming in a sea of advertising products?

Any advice would be great !
