Q: Blood Clot

Does anyone know about.Blood clots..............I have a blood clot near my placenta...At present half the size of the placenta...I am 16 weeks..
Doctor has said bed rest for a week then another scan.......
Anybody have any info ??? Would really appreciate it ..

Hey the blood clot could keep the flow of oxygen and blood to the baby thats why he is taking those prcautions of staying on bed rest....Normally they would give u a blood thinner but since ur preggy I dont think they can b/c it might get to the baby!! I dont know what else to tell u but stay on bed rest and relax read lots of magazines and good luck w/ ur baby!!!
