Im slightly overweight. I left high school 3 years ago and since then the weight has been creeping on more than id like to admit. High school I weighed in at a healthy 52kg 160cm tall. Now im over 70 kg. I use food for comfort and seem to seek this comfort all the time and its always junk and fatty food like take away. I never seem to be full so I go back and eat more. I constantly think of what foods I can eat next and thats all that seems to be on my mind. Is that a eating disorder or just being lazy both physically and mentally as I dont make something healthy?
