Did anyone of you every worry that your symptoms were cancer? Just wondering if I was the only paranoid one.

I've had tmj for so long that I can't remember if I ever thought it was cancer or a tumor, etc. I think it is very hard to really grasp the fact that the jaw joints can affect the body so much. I think I do finally understand this "dysfunction" finally after all these years. It can be very frustrating and depressing, to say the least. The internet and support sites have been a god-send. This particular forum is not a support site so much as informational. If you are interested, there are a couple of excellent support sites with fellow tmjers (that's what I call us) that I can recommend.

Http://p221.Ezboard.Com/ftm jtalkfrm7 is one and the other is -

you are sane, not paranoid. Don't worry about that. Take care.
God bless...
