I have been grinding and clenching my teeth for a year now. It's actually severly affected my quality of life. Im still a young teen and I have braces but about a month after I got braces I started having arm pain on top of all the other symptoms .. .... ..... Sometimes in my leg, too. Does anyone else have this?? Some day I do, some I don't.??

Hey
some people experience pain in the arms and all over the place---its called referred pain. it could also be that you need to see a good chiropractor. howver the first step is to tell your parents---have you done that yet? you are 15 and they need to know in order to help you.
