Can't Lose Weight
Posted: 10-18-06 15:22pm

I've only lost 4 pounds over the past 4 months. I have been stuck at the same weight for 3 months! I eat 1500 to 2000 cals. I eat alot of fruits and veggies and I only drink water and juice. I also exercise at least 4 times a week. I also walk/jog 2 miles a few times a week also! I just won't lose any weight! What's wrong with me? If I hit a plateau then this is the longest one ever. What should I do to continue losing?

Thanks so much! Xoxo Laughing

You might want to go get your thyroid tested.

Check you body fat percentage, not your weight.

You exercise 4 times a week. Have you done anything to change things up? Doing interval training for your cardio will go a long ways in increasing you fitness.

How hard are you working out??? As you fintess increases, so must your intensity.

you might gained muscle over the period of your exercises, so your weight reduction is not obvious. what you need is to measure your body fat % to get a more accurate measurement. don't focus on weight unless you are overweight or obese.
