Ok... So i'm absolutely stressed about the 43 pounds that i've gained so far Crying or Very sad and I was sitting here promising myself that i'm going to lose it all and more within the first year she's born... But... I'm going to be exclusively brestfeeding and I was wondering what's the safest diet to go on without hindering the milk production? And how soon after her birth should I start? I heard that everyone drops like 10 pounds or so just from the baby being born, but I was wondering when it's safe to begin an actual diet? Question I know, I know, I still have 6 weeks to go so why am I worrying now? Well, i've been having terrible dreams about myself being like super fat and people ridiculing me in public Sad so i'm so completely stressed! Crying or Very sad

Most people loose more then 10lbs after birth because you loose the babys weight, the placentas weight, and the fluids and some blood...When you breast feed to you got to remember your boobs are going to be having extra weight on them also because of the milks weight.. As for a diet I would just recomend eatting healthy and exercising tons... Go for jogs or soemthing....
