Neil rang me up this morning and was like 'i've got some fantastic news! I want you to be the first to know'

i was so excited! I thought has he won the lottery or been promoted or something? Well he came round to pick the kids up and told me his 'great' news..............

He's met someone else...............

And he's slept with her............

And he thinks she's the one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I could of slapped him silly but I remained calm. I said 'aw i'm really pleased for u' whilst holding back the tears.

How could he think this would be fantastic news for me?!!! He thinks its good cause it shows that we're moving on. But i'm not moving on. Its only been a few weeks since we split and i'm dealing with all this stress lately.

Did you guys decide it was proper over and time to move on?

I mean I thought you were going to try and work it out and stuff, but then you said not.

I hate to say it but it almost sounds as though he moved on quite a while ago.

Either that or he is hurting so so bad and this is a rebound thing because he doesn't want you to see how hurt he really is and so he is over compensating.

Aw im sorry beck! That sucks, but you'll meet someone better than him at the right time for you. Guys always find someone else quick and move on fast dont they? Surprising if he thinks shes the 'one' already...Maybe he said that to hurt you cos he is hurting? It might just be how he feels because its a new relationship, and the beginning part is all new and exciting etc etc. Guys cant go longer than what a few weeks without sex lol so yeh he would rush out to find someone...Men!! You'll be okay, you've got your amazing kids and college course to focus on, you dont need his drama.

Thanks girls. I knew it was over but I didn't expect him to find someone so fast. It feels like he is rubbing my face in it. Her name is maria, she is spanish and he met her at a club and slept with her on first date- tart!

She has left love bites all over his neck like some little 12 yr old with her first boyfriend. Its even worse that she is spanish cause it means he can chat to her in portuguese and she will understand about 90% of what he says (i never got round to learning portuguese)

wow,it does sound like he's rubbing it in your face! Maybe he really is hurt and wants you to fell jealous over it? Once I asked jerrid "if we ever broke up could you just go out and sleep with someone?" I couldn't do that but he said yes!!! Hwe said it wouldn't be anything serious,just something to get his mind off me and to try and forget,to avoid the pain pretty much.Don't feel bad hun,he's hurting right now and he's just trying to hide it.If he slept with her the first night,you know she doesn't mean much to him of he never took the time to get to know her or anything.She's just a fling I think. . .

Maybe .I'm old fashioned, but I don't think it's right to start something up with another person until you're 100% done with your current relationship. And by 100% done, I mean separated for a long period of time and, if not divorced, on the verge of divorce.

You have children together. What a selfish thing for him to go and do.

I agree completely! I'm still his wife for gods sake. I know he's telling the truth cause he has love bites all over his neck and she text him whilst he was picking up the kids saying she would be seeing him again tomorrow.

I just feel so vunerable now cause he has someone else and now I feel more alone than ever

What a complete and utter person. You have every right to feel angry and upset about his behaviour but perhaps this makes it easier for you in a weird way. Now you've seen just what a spectacular tosspot he really is, maybe it will help you move on.

You;re right he is a selfish tosswit! I think lovebites are cheap thats why I called her a tart. Its a way of marking her territory.

He sleeps with a total stranger whom he met at a bar and says she is the one??? what! Or does he mean that she is the one to give him an std. What kind of father/husband would let a slutty ho bag leave marks on him for all to see especially your kids(thank god that they are to young to realize that he is cheating on their mom) and family! I would make sure that he doesnt have the kids when she is around god only knows what would go on then. He needs to have a foot shoved thrue his pee hole. Sorry again about the ranting.
