Hey guys,

i have had panic / anxiety for about 5 years now and I am only 20 years old. Ive attacks so bad ive been in and out of hospitals, and I get every symptom in the book. I have tried medication(zoloft) as well as counseling. I am now trying to do this without either by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and surrounding myself with positive things. Around this time of year oct-jan I find that its a real hard time for me in managing my anxiety. I was wondering if anyone else finds this as well, and what do you do to help keep things in control and to get back on track?

Thanks

I understand....
The fall/winter months are my most difficult as well. I start meds every September and end them every February.... It's extremely normal for it to be seasonal....
