She probably hasn't had a period yet. Alyvia is 9 weeks old and I still haven't had one yet.

I'm hoping for your sake that you aren't pregnant again.

Geez. I'm seriously going to be too scared to have sex again after this, I have no idea how someone can be so careless and only 5 weeks after her baby.

Oh jesus. I know using a condom sucks....But come on....

I was on birth control at 4 weeks and had a scare at 8 weeks. But it was due to the birthcontrol not being effective. Not because I was having unprotected sex.

I don't wanna preach, soooooo, imma just say call your doctor. They'll test you.

i feel the same way girl, but the best thing to do is use protection and if it doesnt work at least you dont have that guilt in your mind "god I should of used a condom or something"

At my postpartum check-up, they offered me a prescription for the pill right there. I refused at the time because I hate taking medicine, and .I'd prefer to use condoms. But they were sure to hammer the importance of birth control into my head if I didn't want another baby right away. I was pretty sure all doctors did this...

i'm sure all the dr's do this. But obviously not everyone has the good sense to listen.

I'm sorry but this really annoys the hell out of me. I think it makes all teen mothers look like idiots who just don't care if they become baby machines.

Well, I am not even having sex right now and don't plan on getting in a serious relationship anytime soon but I am on birthcontrol.

Go get plan b or levonelle if it has been less than 3 days (72 hours).
If it has been longer than 3 days but less than 5 (120 hours) then ask your doctor/gyn to fit an iud/ius - it will stop any possible embryo from implanting and so prevent a pregnancy.

5 weeks and 4 months is a *big* difference.

It's not idiotic, you're married.

'.Spur of the moment' and 'quite a few times' doesn't quite ring true i'm afraid! Wink

.Kia's advice about getting an iud fitted is your best bet unless the naughtiness Wink occurred longer than 5 days ago.

What will you do if you have got another miniature bun in the oven?
