For the heck of it, i'm asking for an opinion on this.

I have a strange pair of moles on my head, one behind each ear (not right behind, a little farther back than that). They have been there for at least a half a year now and look almost exactly the same and are in almost exactly the same spot behind my ears. Very weird.

My sister took pictures of them recently (sorry I don't have those) so I could see what they look like on her camera, but it's hard to see the details and i'm still rather oblivious to how they look, save for they are round and reddish pink.

They are also rather sore nowadays, especially after I touch them. They aren't itchy. The left one is raised (feels like a pimple almost), and has gotten a bit larger...I can't feel the other one.

Since I have never really seen them until recently I can't tell how much they have changed in appearance. My family were the first to notice and tells me that they looked a little different when they first saw them, though the descriptions are pretty vague...There might've been some sort of ring around them at first, and they say they look more like moles now than they did before. (again, confusing descriptions.) my mom described it's recent appearance as almost like a "ringworm".

I think they're a bit smaller than eraser size....Or exactly that size. (remember I have only judged from blurry pictures on a camera.)

the strangest thing about them is still that they're like "twin moles" or something...Exact same spot and look. What the heck are these?! Confused

Best to have a dermatologist , or even your GP look at them. They can spot something strange pretty fast.
