According to the doctors's suggestion about getting hepatitis from dirty water, it is possible that you contracted Hepatitis A. This has to be confirmed first by detecting Anti-HAV (Hepatitis A virus) antibodies in your blood. You must be examined for the presence of HBs-antigen and Anti-HCV antibodies as well, to exclude Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C as possible infections.

ORhD-positive means that your blood is in the O- blood type group and is RhD . This is very important in cases when you need to receive blood from or give blood to somebody.

People with O- blood type are universal donors and can give blood to people of all blood group types (O, A, B and AB) but can receive blood only from persons with the same blood type (O). The best is if every person gets from and gives blood to person with the same blood type.

People with Rh blood type can receive blood from both people with RhD- and RhD blood type. People with RhD- blood can receive blood only from the persons with the same blood type (RhD-).

Having Anti-M antibodies means that you are in the N- blood group type and you don't have to receive blood from persons with M- type blood.
