Extremely eHealthy
I used to swim alot and have back problems. I am not a dr but sometimes it can be brought on from stress. I still have back problems and I am older now and they say it is from degenerative disk disease and degenerative joint disease(somewhat meaning arthritis), you might want to get a mri to see what might be going on, talk to your dr and see what, he/she reccomends. Keep us posted
good luck!

Swimming
My gp has told me that swimming can be very good.
But he said to go at my own pce.

If I was you I would contact your own general practioner and see what he say or your physiotherapist if you have one.
Good luck.
Get well soon with your back.

From a fellow suffer.

Bye
