Lately whenever I run on the treadmill, I get pressure in my chest, followed by shrp pain that brings me to tears. I thought it was my diaphram and the way I was breathing, but it wasn't strenuous activity and it doesn't matter how much I focus on my breathing, it doesn't let up unless I stop. Some people say it's my digestive system, and not to eat before I run, but I always give myself about two hours to digest before I run. The other night the pressure and pain came when I was walking down the street. I wasn't out of breath or anything. And the last few mornings I wake up and it hurts to breathe in. I don't get wheezy though. Any ideas????
