I have been having back pain for the last week. I don't remember doiing anything to hurt it. This may sound nuts but I can feel that my back is out of alignment. (for about 10 years I have "something" that sticks out of my back sometimes and I just pop it back in place). There is one part that is like a dent and one part that is to the side. When my back started hurting, a friend tried to pop it back in place. Now it hurts to even touch my back in those areas. What could I have done to my back? Should I be worried? Should I go see a doctor?

Thank you!!!
