Welcome! You might talk to someone that is close to you that is understanding that might go out with you and do this slowly and their is also something called .E.M.D.R that you could research on the internet that has helped several people with phobias or something negative that has happened to them in the past or even post war victums that is done by either knee tapping or finger movement by a psychologist that helps you to relieve the phobia and reallmakes you fel that you have releases something and you feel so great. I am not a dr but I do know of some people that has been helped by this treatment.
Good luck!

aggoraphobia
Hi I have been aggoraphobic for 25yrs. I have now withdrawn from my medication. I still cant go out on my own. Unfortunatly i havent had the help of my G.P I have now moved home to the country because my worse fear is traffic. I so feel for you as i totally understand what your going through. I feel i have good days and bad. If i know its a bad day i dont attempt to go out as i know it will take me weeks to get over the panic. i feel after all these years theres a light at the end of the tunnel and i will eventually be able to go out unaided. Stick with it i know you will recover hun xxxx
