Hello, I was on alesse about a year and it was fine, I just switched to seasonale to try it out and am curious, how do the hormone levels compare? I know alesse is really low dose. Thanks!

Extremely eHealthy
Alesse has 20 mcg micrograms of estrogen

seasonale has 30 mcg of estrogen

it is a higher dose, but as long as you do well it should be fine. =) 30 mcg is still considered a low dose, just not 'super low'.
