How old is he?? Could be if bottle/breast fed a allergic reaction to it or something that you ate. My 5 year old had prob like that when she was baby. Of if on jar food could also be an allergy thing either way I would call dr and ask. Best og luck to ya.

Sounds like he's constipated. When they get constipated they poop little hard balls. And they fart like crazy.
My pediatrician suggested a teaspoon of dark karo syrup in the bottle and it worked really well.

After the first month babies poops can space out 1-3 days, breast fed babies poop more than formula fed babies because of the extra iron in formula. It is normal for their poop to be yellow/borwnish/green and I wouldnt be too concerned, unless it becomes hard or he seems to be in pain during a "bm."

if you feel he is constipated, lubricate the end of a therometer and stick it slight in his bum to stimulate his bowels or like someone said karo-syrup although that backlash if babys system cant handle the sugar (not to bad though.) gripe water also helps, oval is the best thing to man and I still use it with my daughter.
