Q: 2 Negative Tests...no Period

I had unprotected sex during the last month and now my period is late by 5 days. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests, both coming out negative (i didnt take them in the morning though), so now I am really really really frustrated, I would really like to know if I am pregnant or not. Is 5 days after the expected period still too early for home pregnancy tests to read the results if the hormone isnt high enough? Has anyone had a bunch of negative tests and still found out later that they were pregnant? Each day feels like a week to wait and I dont want to keep wasting my money on pregnancy tests everyday becasue I am impatiant Laughing

if anyone has had any experience with this I would appreciateany comments,

Yes, in fact I am going through the exact same thing. I'm cramping like my period is about to start and nothing. I don't have the sore breasts but every so often I get a tingling sensation in them. Sometimes when I stand up, I get a little lightheaded. I'm only 2 days late but my period usually comes on time. If anything I over count my days to give myself a window. I've taken 4 tests now and they are all negative. I'm going to wait a few more days and see what happens.

I am going through the same thing. I am a week late and I have taken 3 tests all negative. I keep gettin cramps like i'm getting my period but it hasn't come. I don't know what to do because I have a daughter and me and her father broke up. I have had a couple of different sex partners since and I honestly wouldn't even really know who the father would be...As embarrassing as that is to admit if I am I would probably be leaning towards abortion...As much as I am agaisnt it I feel it is my only option for being so stupid.
