Q: Using New Vitamins. What to Expect?

Hello there.

I have recently started taking a series of vitamins in the hopes of regaining some of the health i've lost from smoking. I recently quit, and only just started taking my vitamins about two days ago.

I know not to expect results so instantaneously, but I was hoping someone might be able to give me some idea as to how long it takes to notice some sort of difference, on average. As well, what specifically each vitamin is going to be affecting.

All of the vitamins that I am taking are genestra brands vitamins, which I have been told is a good quality vitamin (any comments on this is appreciated!)

multi efa capsules (essential fatty acids complex),
maxum multi vite (vitamin-mineral supplement)
phyto greerns capsules (a means for getting those vegetable nutrients I don't get through my diet)
e400 emulsified (400 iu vitamin e)
super cal mag (calcium-magnesium supplement)
c1000 (vitamin c complex bioflavonoids)

i am able to give more specific breakdowns, if necessary, but perhaps the previous information will be enough to gain some comments.

Any personal experiences with these vitamins or this brand are very welcomed and appreciated!

Come on...Isn't anyone familiar with these vitamins? I was told both the brand, as well as some of the actual vitamins are rather well known...
