Here's some information for anyone out there looking to add back in whole grains (in whatever amount). If you see the following on the label, it's
not whole grain.
1. Whole wheat
2. Bleached enriched wheat flour
3. Unbleached enriched wheat flour
4. Cornmeal
5. Rice flour
6. Semolina
7. Durum
8. Wheat flour
9. White rice
i'm sure there are more, but essentially, the label
must say 100% whole whatever. If it doesn't stay away from it!
