I'm wondering if somebody can touch an object over a 10-20 hour period where sperm may have contact with that object. For example, a doorknob.
Does lysol kill sperm?

No they do not. That isn't even close to being true.
Sperm can, &do, live once they are released from the body.
Even when they hit the air.
But .I don't know if .Lysol kill sperm..

Unless you're touching your vagina after that doorknob, why are you worried?

You can not get pregnant from doorknobs. Unless you stick a sperm-covered doorknob or a hand that touched a sperm-covered doorknob inside your vagina.
Sperm vagina = babies.
Wash your hands first.

Maybe i'm slow - but i'm still trying to work out why someone would ask this question!!!!!
It's not something I would just go "hmmmm wonder if sperm on a doorknob would live over a 10-20 hour period"

Unless they had waaaaaay too much free time!
Or a rather kinky private life.
either way, it's random.

i skipped over this.
If sperm die when they are outside of the body, how do men donate sperm? How do doctors check sperm counts underneath a microscope? How are eggs fertilized via artificial insemination?
That is completely wrong. Google "do sperm die when they hit air" if you don't believe me.
