Q: Gallbladder Incision

I had my gallbladder out sept. 5th. Everything went well and I am not having any problems. My only concern is my incision below my belly button. I now have two belly buttons. My surgeon says that a stitch is pulling my skin in. If it doesn't not release on its own, I will need to go in and have him cut it loose. Has anyone had this happen to them?
