I been a heavy porn addict and heavy masturbater from the age of 11 up until now..
Problem is that the damage has been done and I now suffer from it everytime I have sex, to the point of depression..

So I would like to know if there's anything that I can do or take to recover my sexual life..

I have a some what hard time maintaining an erection, and when I do manage to be enjoying it, I sometimes completely loose all sexual desire to the point my penis goes semi-limp.

At that point I dont feel any sexual desire or any "contact" while in motion, is like if I didnt have a penis.... I know, weird..
It eventouly comes back to me after a few mins or if I manage to think of something that turns me on.

But is defenetly a problem when it happends pretty much every time..

I believe thats whats consider a low sex drive or low libido, is that correct?

What could be some of the causes of this and how could I recover?

Hi,so u r having erection problems i.E it does not stay erect for long time. There are two ways to go about the erectile dysfunction either naturally or medically.

Naturally:
stop smoking or drinking.

Do some physical exercise for hour or so.

Have a proper diet.

Edit
medically:
you can try out [advertising removed] for keeping your penis erection for longer duration.
