Q: Extra Mar Affiar-get the Gun

I found my husband with this woman I my bedroom.All hell broke lose.
He cried said he's sorry. Now he drinks alot, he does not eat right or take his pills. Says he feels bad and wants to die. He has high b/p,diabetic and has a micro tumor. Is he faking or should I beleive what hes saying? The affair if over and he want nothing to do with her but she keeps trying to pass him notes by friends or passing by to see if im home or not
